Are any of these all free to use in productions and sell? As in, if I make a song containing samples form this website and sell that song, is that a problem?

He hasnt stated anywhere about Royalties, so if he was to hit you with a bill. It wouldnt stand up in court.
Maybe he samples these without permission. Who knows. Maybe someone can check he made a song with them.
